End-User License Agreement (EULA)
For the FAM App (Fixed Asset Manager) in QuickBooks Online

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) and Account Move Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), governing your use of the FAM App (“Application”) integrated with QuickBooks Online.
By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
1. License Grant
Account Move Co., Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely in connection with your valid QuickBooks Online account, subject to this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Application to third parties.

Use the Application in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.
3. Integration with QuickBooks Online
The Application connects with QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API.

You are responsible for maintaining an active QuickBooks Online subscription.

Intuit Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the Application.
4. Data Access & Privacy

The Application may access and process your QuickBooks Online data only as necessary to provide the fixed asset management features.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Use of the Application is also subject to our Privacy Policy [insert link].
5. Fees & Payment
Use of the Application may require subscription fees, as disclosed at the time of purchase.

Fees are billed through [Intuit App Store / or direct billing system].

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
6. Support & Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or enhancements to improve the Application.

Support is available via [support email / helpdesk link].

We are not obligated to provide upgrades beyond maintenance fixes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you:

Breach any terms of this Agreement.

Misuse the Application or violate applicable laws.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and uninstall it from QuickBooks Online.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Account Move Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
